The short version: we collect the information you send us so we can talk with you about a driving job, a rental, or work on the road. We don't sell it, and you can ask us to see it or delete it anytime.
Who we are
LMB Distributors LLC is a family-owned trucking company based in Georgia. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean LMB Distributors LLC. This policy covers lmbdistributors.com, our Driver Hub, and the online forms linked from them.
What we collect
When you apply to drive: your name, phone, email, the city and state where you live, the seats you're interested in, your driving experience, your CDL state, your endorsements, whether you can drive a manual, your answers about accidents, moving violations and DOT drug and alcohol history, any resume you choose to upload, and who referred you.
When you ask about a rental: your name, business name, phone, email, what equipment you need, and when.
When our drivers use the Driver Hub: repair reports (truck number, mileage, shop, cost, receipts and photos) and training check-offs (name, training and date).
When you call, text or email us: your number or email address and what you tell us.
We don't ask for Social Security numbers or driver's license numbers on this website. Please don't send them through our forms.
How we use it
- To contact you about the job, rental or question you sent us
- To decide whether a driving seat is a good fit
- To keep records of repairs and training for our trucks and drivers
- To pay referral bonuses
- To meet legal and safety rules that apply to trucking companies
Who sees it
- The owners of LMB Distributors, and anyone who helps us run hiring or rentals.
- Our freight partners, only when you're moving forward. If you're a fit for a seat, you apply directly with the freight partner for that seat (for example, FedEx Custom Critical). We may share your name and contact information with them so they can process your application.
- The services we use to run this website and our forms, such as our website host, our form provider (Tally), and our phone and email providers. They store information for us. They aren't allowed to use it for their own advertising.
- Anyone the law requires, such as a government agency with a valid legal request.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep applications and rental requests for up to 3 years, so we can reach out when a new seat or unit opens up, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. If you drive for us, some records have to be kept longer under federal trucking rules.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we have about you, fix it, or delete it. Email Kacian@lmbdistributors.com or call or text (678) 782-2228. We'll answer within 30 days. If we have to keep something by law, we'll tell you what and why.
Cookies and tracking
Our website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. The Driver Hub saves one small setting on your phone or computer so it remembers your driver code. Our form provider and website host may use basic cookies and logs to run their services and keep them secure.
Keeping it safe
We use trusted services and limit who can see your information. No website is perfectly secure, which is one more reason we never ask for Social Security or license numbers here.
Age
This website is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
